Please note that all prices list
on this site are quoted in Australian dollars and include Goods
and Services Tax of 10%.
Your
booking ~ our process
For internet reservations/enquiries we will respond with availability details
within 24 hours.
For internet bookings, once we receive your enquiry, we will respond to
you either confirming your booking or advising you that we have been
unable to secure accommodation at your preferred B&B and will attempt
to secure an alternative of a similar standard in a similar location.
It is important that you pay your deposit to the
B&B as your booking will lapse if no confirmation is received.
You will receive an email from the
B&B providing details of your stay. This will
include directions and any other information that
is necessary to make your B&B stay enjoyable
and hassle free.
If you email us
and receive no response, please do try again.
Modern technology is wonderful but sometimes
emails misbehave.
Booking
conditions
When you send your booking request, we will confirm the availability with
your hosts and advise you staright away. At this time, you will be asked
to confirm your booking.
On receipt of your confirmation,
you may be required to pay a deposit to the B&B.
This deposit is deductible from your total bill,
which is settled directly with your host. There
is no additional charge
to you for our service.
Some B&Bs
have specific deposit and cancellation requirements.
Please ensure that you are aware of them before
you pay your deposit.
Tariffs
All tariffs shown on this website are GST inclusive. Please
note that tariffs are indicative, as provided by the B&B owners, and
will be confirmed along with availability when you make an enquiry. While
every endeavour is made to keep information up to date, tariffs will vary
according to whether a booking is made midweek, weekend, peak, off peak,
school/public
holidays or where a B&B has a special rate for any particular reason.

agent only. Every care has been taken to ensure
the quality of the accommodation and accuracy
of information but Bed and Breakfast Qld cannot
accept responsibility for guest dissatisfaction.
However, in the unlikely event of this
occurring any such matters must be brought to our attention during the
stay and will be investigated. All information provided is subject to change
without notice and will be confirmed
prior to making any booking.
